The Doby Team is made up of dedicated individuals with a passion for teaching. Our trainers are approved under Ministry of Education Art and Music Instructor Scheme (AMIS).

History & Achievements
2011:
- Participated in NIE Pedagogy Conference@Nanyang Technological University
- Professional Sharing at Hong Kong's Jade Dynasty Comics

2010:
- Organised the 2nd National Comics Challenge, with exhibition in over 6 public libraries
- Participated in Malaysia's Smartkids exhibition 
- Finalist in Singapore Promising Brand Award

2009: 
- As invited speakers at Singapore Writers' Festival
- Organised National Comics Challenge, based on the Youth Olympic Games theme, receiving over 1000 student entries from 70 schools
- Organised National Comics-in-Education Seminar for 220 teachers
- Organised Comics Workshop@Nanyang Polytechnic for 200 students

2008: 
- Conducted Overseas Teachers' Training in Merlion International School, Surabaya, Indonesia
- Doby Exhibition on Wall of Art at Sengkang Community Library
- Founding of Doby Studio Pte Ltd

Other Achievements:
- Book launch of Doby English version by Mrs Nathan at Henderson Secondary School
- Organised inaugural National Comic Strip Competition, with guest-of-honour Member of Parliment Mr Gan Kim Yong gracing the event.
- Doby Exhibition in China Anhui Animation and Comic Carnival- Organised 2nd National Comic Strip Competition, with guest-of-honour Member of Parliment Mr Sam Tan gracing the event. 
- Organised inaugural Asia-pacific Regional Comic Strip Competition, with guest-of-honour Member of Parliment Mr Gan Kim Yong gracing the event.
- Organised 3rd National Comic Strip Competition, with guest-of-honour Member of Parliment Mr Seng Han Thong gracing the event.
